House Rules

The following will be modifications to the published 4E Rules:

Critical Failures: on an attack roll of a natural 1, the player will grant combat advantage until the beginning of his next turn. This will reflect that the attacker has become vulnerable as a result of a poorly executed attack.

Second Chance: once per gaming session, the party can unanimously agree to re-roll any dice roll (an attack, a save, a skill check, etc.). If one player objects, then the re-roll is not permitted.

Detect Traps: Players will have the option of using either a perception or thievery skill to actively check for traps. Passive perception checks will still apply to detect traps when not actively looking.
